Propane is a natural gas which is compressed and stored as a liquid. It can be used for heating your home or business, heating water, cooking, or as fuel for generators or heavy machinery.

We use nothing but the highest grade propane.

Gas may smell like rotten eggs, a skunk’s spray, or a dead animal. If you smell gas, immediately remove yourself from the area, then alert us by calling our office at 208-529-4976 Ext. 3, so we can help take care of the issue.

A pilot light that has gone out may be the result  of a faulty part, give us a call and we will be glad to come out get you going again.

Both above-ground and buried tanks must be at least 10 feet from any building or structure and where the delivery truck has reasonably easy access.

Yes, you will need to clear the area of snow and other items for a delivery to take place. If your delivery arrives and the tank is difficult to get to, you’ll need to clear the area before we can access your tank.

To check your tank level, simply consult your tank percentage gauge and multiply the displayed percentage by the size of your tank. Alternatively, refer to the table below for quick reference:

If you use our Auto Fill Program, we monitor this for you, so your level never gets too low!

This varies by person and depends on a few factors like the size of the area you are heating, the insulation of your home, and how much heat your appliances use (water heater, stove, fireplace, etc.).

There is a 100 gallon minimum per order, but we recommend buying 200 gallons or more as this will save you money. You’ll also save when you join the Auto Fill Program.
