Call your local LP Propane office to schedule a delivery when your propane tank reaches 30% capacity.
Emergency propane deliveries can be made after hours, on weekends, or on holidays should you need it for an additional charge.
If your propane tank is empty or service is otherwise interrupted, LP Propane is required to perform a safety test before placing your propane system back into service.
Will Call customers will be told the approximate date of delivery when they place their order. We ask that Will Call customers call us not less than seven business days prior to the date they anticipate needing propane, or when your tank reaches 30 percent. Please do not wait until your propane supply is less than 30 percent to request propane service. In addition to other helpful account information, customers who enroll in Will Call can also view their delivery information. Please note that during certain weather conditions outside the control of LP Propane, the delivery period may be extended.
Running your tank empty causes a lot of problems. If this happens, please call your local LP Propane office to set up the required services for a refill.
